Yesterday our Singapore Datacenter Provider got an abuse complaint about 1 of our clients, this resulted in one of our Singapore Dedicated Servers being shut down. We immediately began the work of restoring all the data to a new server and also talking to our provider to try and sort out this client and getting the server back online.
During all of this our provider decided to shut down all the remaining servers in the Singapore Location without any further notice, giving us 0 access to them and the clients data on the servers.
We got access to our Backup Server and was able to start taking out all our client information to our other datacenter provider in Phoenix.
This resulted in our team setting up new servers in our Phoenix datacenter to move all customer data there. The restoration is in full progress but it’s taking time due to the amounts of TB data that needs to be migrated from Singapore to Phoenix. As of now, we don’t have any clear ETA but the first customers should start coming up again shortly.
Our work will continue until all accounts are restored to our other Datacenter Provider, our 24/7 support is available to answer any questions you might have during the server migration.
Please contact support and we will give you a FREE coupon code to any of our other locations.
We are very sorry about this and are working hard to get everything up asap!
